Unboxing & Type 4 Wash and Go ft LUSTER'S PINK | Product Palace

Welcome back! A break was very much needed on my end and I made sure to take it! Today, we are all about Luster's Pink!

Luster's Pink did a huge rebranding, which included their new Moisture Maintenance collection, a plant based formula enriched with natural ingredients. Well, guess what? They sent a PR box to little old me and I get to share all the goods with you!

First of all, the packaging is so dope! I love that they paid attention to every little detail! Take a look inside with me! Not only did they send me their new line, but I also got some amazing wash day tools. The box included the following products and tools:

There is more than enough in this box! Based on first impressions, I was itching to try the PINK Growth & Scalp Relief Natural Oil Moisturizing Lotion and the PINK Thermal Deep Conditioning Cap.

I live for a tantalizing scalp treatment experience! The aromas were not too strong throughout the collection, but there were some notable moments (I broke this all down in the wash day segment below).

Now, my IG audience knows that I am a twist out girl. HOWEVER, when I noticed the holding gel in the collection, I had to try a wash and go.

As a frizz prone Type 4 Natural, with low porosity hair, I was scared! I did not have high hopes for my results because I do NOT do wash and gos (I believe the last time I completed one was back in 2018!).

To sum it all up, it was roller coaster, chile... LOL! I was frequently submerged in water and the flick of my wrist was the star player! As it turned out, it wasn't. that. bad. A lot of time was dedicated, definitely, but I survived! The results were really pretty, as well!
